Our confidence and capabilities in using education technology for learning, teaching and assessment has grown rapidly in the last year. We are continuing to implement new digital technologies and pedagogies at DMU and incorporate the recommended actions of the Gravity Assist report (OfS, 2021). In this interactive session we will be sharing our collective #DigitalTeachNology. Ruben Martinez Cardenas and Ros Lishman both lead online student poster assessments. They will demonstrate and encourage you to explore their different approaches to hosting an interactive online poster event using gather.town and MS Teams / OneDrive. Ros will also be discussing how to produce podcasts and sharing experiences of setting students the task of co-creating podcasts for assignments. Any remaining time will be used for a digital teaching and learning Q&A.
