The pass mark for an Undergraduate module is 40%. You will only get specific credits for a module if you have passed it.
In order to progress, General Regulations state that you must have passed (i.e. have a module mark above 40%) at least 90 credits worth of modules. Failure in a module(s) between 30-39% will be compensated in up to 30 credits. Module marks below 30% must be retrieved. Some Programmes have regulations that are more specific and you will have to meet these.
Most Undergraduate courses offer a maximum of 60 credits of reassessment per level. To find out what, if any, reassessments you have been registered for lease refer to your individual advice on the My Results Tile onwww.my.dmu.ac.uk
Progression regulations are explained in detail in the Academic Regulations for Taught Programmes Handbook 2021-2022. You can find a copy on the DMU website.
