We are located on the Ground Floor of the Hugh Aston Building, at the main reception, and are here all year round (excluding University closure days).

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 16:45

To contact us, students can fill in an online query form and staff can email us on ASKBALstudentadvice@dmu.ac.uk. A member of the team will then get back to you within 3 working days.
