Graduate Outcomes – Business and Law Students

Is a degree worth it?	In this session we will explore what makes a degree ‘valuable’ in 2021. We’ll look at insights from the graduate labour market, students and employer feedback, and consider how we can design degrees that help our students build skills they’ll need for the future.
Embedding employability- More than just a CV assignment	With degree programmes coming under increasing scrutiny for how they support graduate outcomes this session will look at what we mean by embedded employability, some of the great work already being done and some ideas for module development.
Involving Employers in Curriculum- A guest lecture is not the only option	Some programmes across the faculty have a strong employer presence in their modules, this session will showcase the different options and share ideas as to how to integrate employers in your modules successfully and the impact this has. We will also hear from some Employers directly following the successes they have had being involved in-curriculum sessions.
